Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to refine support processes and improve service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent attendance record and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including nights and holidays.
