Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding company products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including CSAT, AHT, and quality assurance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer follow-up.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting peers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume setting.
