Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies, privacy standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
