Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Provide detailed product information and technical support to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets regarding call volume and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- High typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
