Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call handling times and CSAT scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months BPO/call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules including nights/weekends
