Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions and update customer information in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months BPO/call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Windows OS and customer service software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM)
