Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer inquiries
- Document all interactions and maintain customer records
- Follow communication scripts and company procedures
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
