Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
