Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Quality).
  • Accurately document interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
  • Follow standard communication guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate (College degree is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level accounts).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
