ConstantiKnow Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Baguio City. As a key member of our customer service department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. We provide a comprehensive training program to help you succeed in your role. Our compensation structure is competitive, offering a base salary of ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month. Importantly, we value performance; our incentive-based bonus program allows high achievers to exceed the posted salary range significantly based on their results and dedication to service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Document accurate and detailed information regarding customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to continuously improve service quality metrics.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to answer questions accurately.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance guidelines during every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or call center tools.
- A high school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with flexible shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
