Your Earning Potential: Your salary is tailored to your BPO experience! The base offer ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month—but that is just the foundation. Top performers can earn significantly more through our generous performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or complex problems to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, process changes, and new service offerings to deliver top-tier support.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate) or equivalent; college graduates are welcome to apply.
- With or without BPO experience, but experience is highly valued and will directly impact your starting salary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga and in shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
