Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide accurate solutions to resolve issues.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the company CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, and first call resolution.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate; College education is an advantage but not required.
- Previous BPO or Call Center experience is highly valued and will positively impact your salary offer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willing and able to work in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
- Must be willing to work a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
