Your Compensation & Benefits: Your salary is based on your BPO experience, with a fantastic base range of ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month. But that is just the beginning! The Role: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly, expert voice of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues on the first call when possible.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics such as billing, technical support, and general inquiries.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales conversion.
- Document all call information thoroughly according to standard operating procedures.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support team or supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; a College degree is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a Customer Service role is highly preferred. Candidates with strong potential but no experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
