Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or recurring problems to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting your approach to each customer's needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to offer optimal solutions.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer feedback scores.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of BPO / Call Center experience is highly preferred, but fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Amenable to work onsite in Pasig City and willing to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be highly organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet performance targets.
