Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and service quality.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and quality targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts if required.
