Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role (BPO experience is preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Open to working in a rotating shift schedule.
