Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns on the first call.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathetic communication.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments following established protocols.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college level/graduate preferred).
- Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or call center is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating various software systems.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
