Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns on the first call.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathetic communication.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments following established protocols.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college level/graduate preferred).
  • Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or call center is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating various software systems.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
