Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and campaign-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support channels.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College degree or ongoing studies is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- No prior BPO experience required for this Easy Campaign; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Mesa, Metro Manila.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills (at least 20 WPM).
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Can start immediately or within 30 days.
