Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, or internal ticketing systems with high accuracy.
  • Maintain consistent quality scores by adhering to established communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets, including turnaround time and volume metrics.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for specialized resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational training.
  • Proven BPO experience in a non-voice or back-office support role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills, with a focus on grammar, punctuation, and tone.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in Alabang and flexibility regarding shift schedules.
