This is a non-voice role focused on providing exceptional customer support through email, chat, and other digital channels.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and support tickets professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve service quality and internal processes.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets including response time and resolution quality.
  • Adhere to company data privacy policies and information security standards.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to continuously improve your professional communication skills.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience (Non-voice or Chat experience is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional written English communication skills with strong attention to grammar and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, chat tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong typing skills (at least 35-40 WPM).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
