- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and digital communication channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of BPO or customer service experience (non-voice preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in typing with minimum 30 WPM accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
