Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and issues primarily through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to research customer accounts and resolve concerns.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and quality scores.
- Document all interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements for better service delivery.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a High School graduate (K-12) or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
- Proficient in using basic office software and navigating web-based tools.
- Previous BPO experience is highly preferred but fresh graduates with strong typing skills are welcome to apply.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang.
- Amenable to shifting schedules including weekends or holidays if required.
