Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and payment issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to mobile/internet services
- Process service upgrades, plan changes, and feature activations
- Maintain detailed call documentation in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for call resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service disruptions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for value-added services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
