Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding US healthcare billing, insurance verification, and patient inquiries
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed call records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on US healthcare policies, insurance procedures, and RCM best practices
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology or willingness to learn
- Proficient in CRM software and multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays if required
