Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, or chat
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs in our CRM system
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in IT is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer issues
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and common IT troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software
