You will handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
  • Communicate product information, services, and policies clearly to customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets regarding call handling and service metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or upset customers.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Must be willing to work on rotating shifts or as required by business needs.
