Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues through first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Proactively upsell products/services to enhance customer experience and company revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Adhere to performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (tertiary education preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call centre experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with clear communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Positive attitude with customer-centric mindset
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
