RecruitFirst is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Call Centre Officer to join our expanding team in the Kampong Ubi area. This is a contract position designed for individuals looking for flexible employment opportunities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on efficiency and empathy. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring high-quality customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Process orders, payments, and service requests in a timely and error-free manner.
  • Adhere to company call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets (KPIs).
  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant services to existing customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or irate customers.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Relevant Singaporean Citizenship or PR status is preferred.
