Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer enquiries received via digital channels such as email, web chat, and social media platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide accurate information regarding utility services, billing queries, and account management.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service workflows and service quality.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and basic computer software (MS Office).
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
  • Must be comfortable working on a contract basis with a commitment to professional excellence.
