Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer interactions across voice, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Document all interactions and update customer information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery processes
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify and escalate complex issues requiring specialized intervention

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in contact centre operations
- Proven track record handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication skills in English with clear articulation
