As a Call Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive, you will undergo our comprehensive sales training program designed to equip you with the skills needed to master consultative selling, market mapping, and client relationship management. Your primary focus will be on achieving outstanding sales results through high-volume outbound calling, effective lead management, and strategic business development initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and passive candidates, articulating the value proposition of MCi's recruitment services.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within your assigned market segment.
- Perform market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers, generating a robust pipeline of leads.
- Build strong rapport with clients, deeply understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop strategic business development plans and achieve team targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Accurately track all sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on market trends, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
