Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally regarding customer service inquiries, sales, and account management.
- Conduct follow-up calls on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into valued clients.
- Update and maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information.
- Achieve daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volume, quality assurance, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to accurately inform clients.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School or completion of Associate's/College degree is highly advantageous).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Tagalog is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is preferred but not required – fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Concepcion, Tarlac.
