We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAM CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in Banting, Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, simulate, and optimize CNC programs using industry-standard CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Catia, Siemens NX).
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring all programs are loaded and running efficiently.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Conduct machine trials, make necessary adjustments to tool paths, and perform quality inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to troubleshoot machining issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Document all programming activities and maintain accurate records of tooling and machine settings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAM CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Catia, Siemens NX, or SolidCAM) and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge is a plus).
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced factory environment and perform physical tasks as required.
