Mehow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient CAM Engineer (Tool Quality Checking) to join our expanding manufacturing team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. As a key player in our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of precision in tool and mold manufacturing, directly impacting our production efficiency and product quality.

You will utilize your expertise in CAD/CAM software to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs to ensure high-precision manufacturing of molds and components.
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections of tools and molds to ensure alignment with engineering specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for tool failures and implement corrective actions to improve production output.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) best practices are consistently applied.
- Optimize machining parameters, tooling selections, and cutting paths to improve overall process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and quality control reports for all manufacturing batches.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor to ensure seamless production operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CAM programming and mold quality control.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar industry-standard platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling technology, and material properties.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
