As a Cambridge Mathematics Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the analytical minds of our students. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction following the Cambridge curriculum standards.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, assignments, and formative feedback.
- Prepare students effectively for Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Integrate technology and modern teaching pedagogies into the classroom.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Mentor students and provide additional support for those requiring academic intervention.
- Uphold the school's core values and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Relevant teaching certification or a PGCE qualification is highly preferred.
