Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the Cambridge Secondary English curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and academic levels.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes linguistic growth and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and participate in school-wide academic initiatives.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with parents regarding student achievement and areas for development.
- Monitor student discipline and well-being, ensuring a safe and supportive learning space.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to contribute to the broader school culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience teaching English as a First Language at the secondary level.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with the Cambridge Secondary curriculum or equivalent international framework.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate adolescent learners.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and pedagogical excellence.
- Valid teaching certification or relevant teaching credentials recognized in Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural, collaborative team environment.
