Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Perform daily monitoring and quality assurance checks on campaign assets and tracking links.
- Assist in the administration of marketing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline campaign launch processes and workflows.
- Generate and distribute performance reports to provide insights for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign deployments and platform integrations.
- Maintain documentation of operational processes and campaign history for future optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, marketing operations, or project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Google Sheets) and project management tools.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in marketing data and performance metrics.
