Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the campsite facilities, including common areas, comfort rooms, and assigned camping grounds.
- Warmly welcome and check-in guests, providing essential information about the campsite rules, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage booking inquiries, reservations, and guest communications efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of all areas.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, repairs, and landscaping duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the campsite.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and resolve any on-site issues promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and emergency procedures for guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar caretaker role, preferably in an outdoor or resort setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications for managing bookings and communications.
- Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs, and general site maintenance.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle various situations independently.
- A genuine love for nature, outdoor activities, and sustainable practices.
- Must be willing to live on-site in Tagaytay City, Cavite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or property management is a plus.
