Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage spa bookings, appointments, and client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Actively promote and sell spa treatments, skincare products, and retail merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house atmosphere.
- Provide professional consultation regarding our facial treatments to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle transactions accurately using our POS system and manage daily sales reporting.
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure efficient scheduling and flow of daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in spa reception, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell services or products.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with booking/POS software.
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, and skincare industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
