Join Staffinc Group as a Canvasser Merchant Engagement and become a key driver in expanding GoFood's merchant network in Bandung. This full-time role offers you the opportunity to directly impact local businesses by onboarding them onto Indonesia's leading food delivery platform. You'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping brick-and-mortar stores access new revenue streams through GoFood's innovative merchant app. This position combines sales expertise with relationship-building skills, allowing you to establish meaningful partnerships while contributing to the growth of Bandung's vibrant food ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Visit local businesses in Bandung to promote GoFood's merchant services and benefits
- Conduct persuasive presentations on revenue growth opportunities through the GoFood platform
- Guide merchants through the complete onboarding process for the merchant application
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Identify and address merchant concerns to ensure smooth platform adoption
- Collect market feedback and competitive intelligence to optimize engagement strategies
- Meet daily/weekly merchant acquisition targets while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities
- Strong familiarity with Bandung's local business landscape and commercial areas
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic digital tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Target-driven mindset with proven results in meeting KPIs
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation for field visits
