Tanggung Jawab
- Onboard new food merchants to the GoFood platform and guide them through the registration process
- Explain the features, benefits, and revenue potential of joining the GoFood ecosystem
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing merchants to address concerns and provide support
- Promote the GoFood platform to potential merchants in the Makassar area
- Collect valuable feedback from merchants to improve platform features and services
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and onboarding progress
- Collaborate with the team to achieve merchant acquisition targets
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and digital platforms
- Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- High school diploma or equivalent
