Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify and approach potential merchants in the Bandung area.
- Execute merchant acquisition strategies to expand the company's network of partners.
- Verify business legalities, including licenses and permits, to ensure full compliance.
- Perform end-to-end merchant onboarding, including accurate data input and system activation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical issues and handle merchant complaints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and business data.
- Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) from any major.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade potential clients effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry and office software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily performance targets.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for field travel.
- Willingness to work full-time in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
