We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CAPA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team at Mane Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our quality standards, overseeing the lifecycle of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure seamless regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of CAPA, from initiation and investigation to closure and verification to ensure all actions are completed within SLA.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) using tools such as the 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or Fault Tree Analysis to identify underlying issues.
- Monitor and track open CAPAs to ensure timely resolution and adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to implement corrective actions effectively and efficiently.
- Review quality records, metrics, and data to identify trends, systemic risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready for internal and external inspections.
- Participate in internal quality audits and management review meetings to provide insights on quality status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485, GMP, or HACCP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software (e.g., MasterControl, Greenlight, or similar).
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster a collaborative team environment.
