PT Berkat Sumber Rizki is seeking a highly experienced Senior Import & Logistic Affairs professional to join our growing team. We are looking for an expert in transportation and import matters who can optimize our supply chain operations and ensure seamless delivery of goods. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end import process, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
As the key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external freight forwarders, you will oversee the coordination of shipments, documentation, and logistics strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire import process, including preparation of shipping documents, Bills of Lading, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure optimal routes and negotiate competitive rates.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, import duties, and trade compliance requirements.
- Analyze logistics data and shipping costs to identify process improvements and reduce operational expenses.
- Manage and resolve logistics issues, such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all import activities, inventory movements, and logistics reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in import/export logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and import/export regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation skills with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.
