You will assist the procurement team in preparing essential purchase documents, tracking Purchase Orders (PO), and monitoring delivery status to guarantee timely arrivals. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying payment documentation, ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing and organizing purchase requisitions and procurement documents.
- Track Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor delivery status to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collect and verify invoices, receipts, and payment documentation for processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve order discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of procurement activities and contracts.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential new suppliers.
- Assist in vendor onboarding and data entry into the company’s ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in data entry and record-keeping practices.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
