Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict volume and resource requirements.
- Conduct detailed capacity studies to identify gaps in workforce utilization and operational flow.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate business goals into actionable staffing strategies.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust capacity plans to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations for stakeholders to communicate findings and impact.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform root-cause analysis on variance between forecast and actual performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or Capacity Planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to various levels of management.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Familiarity with contact center technologies and forecasting software is a major plus.
