- Manage and process billing inquiries and resolve customer issues with a focus on accuracy and speed.

- Create and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions for reporting.
- Support team operations by handling high-volume tasks and meeting daily targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to improve workflow efficiency.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service operations or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
