Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel functions to extract, analyze, and report on billing and operational data.
- Process billing tasks and resolve discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve service delivery.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional, customer-centric demeanor.
- Support team initiatives by training new hires and sharing best practices for data management.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL query writing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
