Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Utilize SQL and advanced Excel functions to extract, analyze, and report on billing and operational data.
  • Process billing tasks and resolve discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve service delivery.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional, customer-centric demeanor.
  • Support team initiatives by training new hires and sharing best practices for data management.

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL query writing.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
