Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing production data to identify capacity constraints and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust capacity models to forecast production requirements based on sales demand and historical performance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align production schedules with business strategy and supply chain goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track facility utilization and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the annual strategic planning process by providing data-backed insights into resource allocation and capital investment needs.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize manufacturing throughput.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for management regarding capacity utilization and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, production scheduling, or manufacturing strategy.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
