Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end capital project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and closure
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial controls and ROI optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project delays or cost overruns
- Monitor project progress through KPI tracking and stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for project resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital project management within engineering sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities
