- Analyze capital market trends and industrial logistics performance to support investment decision-making.
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasting reports for warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution properties.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on yield spreads, capitalization rates, and industrial vacancy rates in the Indonesian market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate acquisition and development opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memoranda for internal stakeholders and institutional clients.
- Monitor and report on supply chain shifts that influence industrial real estate demand.
- Maintain comprehensive databases of market metrics to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate research, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of industrial logistics supply chains and capital market principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
